Meet Matt

Specializing in relocations and the representation of buyers and sellers in Greater Boston, Matthew Czepiel has been serving clients for 13 years. His primary focus is on single-family homes and condos, but he also works with investors and developers. Having “seen it all,” Czepiel had the skills he needed to adapt his business to the pandemic. “It’s incredibly challenging as an agent and oftentimes more time-consuming,” he relates. “But I never want to put anyone in a position where they don’t feel comfortable buying or selling.”

 

A REALTOR® at Lamacchia Realty, Czepiel is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®. He also received the President’s Club award at Lamacchia in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2024.

 

Clients appreciate Czepiel’s relaxed demeanor. “I’m very calm even when things aren’t going well. It rubs off on clients,” he explains. “Being able to keep my composure is key to my success.” He also stresses the importance of knowing his clients. “The home-buying process is a very personal thing,” he observes. “And establishing that relationship early makes a sometimes-stressful process easier.”

In addition, his extensive knowledge of all facets of real estate helps him rise above the competition. “I work solely on residential real estate sales, but my diverse background in the industry gives me a unique advantage over other agents,” Czepiel says. Working with Lamacchia Realty also enables him to better assist his clients. “We have employees supporting agents in the field,” he explains. “I’m able to ensure that my clients always have access to properties. They handle the behind-the-scenes tasks so I can focus on my clients 100% of the time. I care about their purchase and the outcome.”

 

Czepiel is a proud father of 2 and husband, as well as an avid sports fan. He is also an investor himself with 16 residential rental units, a short-term rental in Maine, and is always looking to expand his portfolio.
